Owww and other thoughts
Perhaps you've just freshly pierced your lobe a few time the day previously, and you're vigorously exercising. Thus making sweat trickle down and creating 'itchy' sensations in your ear. Don't grasp your lobe and absentmindedly yank on it.

Bloody ow [1].

Also, I picked up some peaches from Sosio's Sunday. They were delicious and juicy and made me yearn for later in the year when they'll be in season for local producers.

Also also, speaking of the market, there were something like thirty tents setup for cheese producers. Neat, I had no idea that was going on last weekend. Of course, becoming recently very lactose intolerant, this was basically one big tease for me.

[1] Literally unfortunately.

Thanks. It actually doesn't hurt (other than the initial zOMG!). It was bleeding a bit, which actually is the first it has done that because the fellow who did it did a really professional job.

Yay for professional piercers! I've been lucky and never got blood even when piercing by safety pin (which, apearantly, is a less than brilliant idea, mind you.)

Eh, one of them was an 8 gauge piercing, so I was worried more about that one.

Safety pin: Still probably a better idea than piercing at a mall shop with the stud gun (which can't be cleaned thoroughly and may have the worst kind of cooties).

I was good about it too... I'd never leave the safety pin in for more than a day, just some time for it to settle or something.

I dunno, I had all these odd notions in my youth.
